A few days ago, I post the spotlight technique that I did on my niece's card. Here is another version of the technique.
The way that I did the technique is stamp the Swallowtail in stazon onto 2 pieces of card stock. On one of the pieces, I colored in the Swallowtail with wisteria wonder marker and then punched out circles using the following punches: 3/4", 1", 1 1/4 and 1 3/4". Then you have this template:
With this template, you can place it on another piece of card stock and color in the circles and there is no punching to do.
